New Downtown Taylorsville
 Incentive Grant Programs Now Open!

The Taylorsville Development Alliance, in partnership with the Town of Taylorsville, is excited to announce new incentive grant programs to support revitalization and investment throughout Taylorsville!
Available grants include Storefront/Façade Grants, Public Art Grants, and Vacant Building Activation Grants.

Downtown Main Street businesses and property owners are encouraged to apply for storefront/facade and public art grants within
the Downtown Taylorsville Historic District. The Vacant Building Activation Grant Program is open to eligible properties town-wide, providing opportunities to bring vacant buildings back to life.

Application Period: October 27 – December 31, 2026

The Public Art Incentive Grant provides matching funds to support the creation and installation of public art by Professional Artists across Taylorsville.
